Hey there loyal fans (I had 13 page views last week!) i just wanted to catch everybody up on how things were going here in America. First off, No, JK, but people are different, especially in Seattle. Erik said you get used to it, we’ll see. Enough chit chat, I made sockeye XOXOXOXOXOXOXO. It was hard but I made it - Hi mom! I did it! - boy the workouts they do are tough. Here is an example of something i did at the gym yesterday, with the help of Tyler.
